REFUND POLICY

1. Full Refund – Within 72 Hours
Cancellations made within 72 hours of registration are eligible for a full (100%) refund.
 

2. Partial Refund – After 72 Hours
Cancellations made more than 72 hours after registration are eligible for a 50% refund.
 

3. No Refund – Within 30 Days of the Event
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the event.
 

4. Transfer of Registration
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. All transfer requests must be submitted by email at least 7 days before the start of the event.
 

5. Event Cancellation – Force Majeure
If Les CampsRep is forced to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, public health directives, etc.), all participants will receive a full refund.
 

6. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
Requests must be sent in writing to info@campsrep.com, including the participant’s full name and registration details.
 

7. Processing Time
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
